Türkiye Bursları is the fully funded scholarship programme of the Government of Türkiye for international students pursuing undergraduate, Master's, PhD, and research-level study at Turkish universities. The programme covers tuition, accommodation, health insurance, round-trip airfare, and a monthly stipend. It also includes university placement and a one-year Turkish language course for all full-time scholarship holders.
Key Benefits

Monthly stipend. Current official stipend levels: 4,500 TL for undergraduate, 6,500 TL for Master's, and 9,000 TL for PhD students.
